1. Overview
This policy explains what information PVE.fun collects when you use the PVE.fun website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have. PVE.fun is non custodial and we do not ask for your name, email address or private keys to browse or trade.
2. Information we collect
- Wallet information. Your public wallet address when you connect, and the transactions you make with PVE.fun. Blockchain data is public.
- Content you submit. The name, ticker, image and description of a coin you create. This is public.
- Usage and device data. Pages viewed, actions taken, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and error logs.
- Communications. Information you send us if you contact us.
- Local storage. Your browser may store settings and wallet connection state on your device.
We never collect your private keys or recovery phrase. Do not share them with anyone.
3. How we use information
- to operate the service, show coins and process the actions you request;
- to calculate and display holder rewards and market data;
- to secure the service, prevent abuse and detect fraud;
- to understand how the site is used and improve it;
- to respond to you and to meet legal obligations.
4. Public blockchain data
Transactions and wallet addresses are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is public and permanent. We cannot edit or delete blockchain data. Content you attach to a coin, such as its image and description, may be stored on decentralized or third party storage and may not be removable.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that help us run PVE.fun, such as hosting, storage, analytics and infrastructure providers. We may also share information to comply with law, respond to legal requests, protect our rights and users, or in connection with a business transfer.
6. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some of them may affect how the site works.
7. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Logs and analytics data are kept for a limited time.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and devices.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us. We cannot change or delete data that is recorded on a blockchain.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use safeguards for those transfers.
11. Children
PVE.fun is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above.
