Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and PVE.fun (operated by PVE Labs), referred to as PVE.fun, we or us. By accessing or using the PVE.fun website and related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use PVE.fun.
2. What PVE.fun is
PVE.fun is software that lets you create, buy and sell tokens on the Solana blockchain, and that routes creator fees to eligible holders. PVE.fun is not a bank, exchange, broker, financial adviser or custodian.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You may not use PVE.fun if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you appear on a sanctions list. You are responsible for making sure your use of PVE.fun is lawful where you live.
4. Your wallet
You use PVE.fun through a third party wallet that you control. PVE.fun never has access to your private keys or recovery phrase and cannot recover your wallet or reverse a transaction. You are responsible for securing your wallet and for every transaction you sign.
5. No advice
Nothing on PVE.fun is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Information on the site is provided for general purposes only. You make your own decisions and bear the results.
6. Coins created by users
Anyone can create a coin on PVE.fun. Coins are created by users, not by PVE.fun, and we do not review, endorse or guarantee any coin. If you create a coin, you are responsible for its name, ticker, image and description, and you confirm that you have the rights to use them. Creator fees are routed to eligible holders as described in the documentation. This does not remove the risk that a coin loses its value.
7. Holder rewards
Holder rewards are paid from creator fees to eligible holders and depend on trading activity. They may be zero and are not guaranteed. Eligibility rules and percentages may change for coins launched in the future. We will update the documentation when they do.
8. Fees
Fees that apply to an action are shown in your wallet before you confirm it. You also pay network fees to Solana validators, which we do not control. Fees paid are generally not refundable.
9. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- create a coin that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of anyone, or that impersonates a person or organization;
- upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers minors;
- manipulate markets, including wash trading, coordinated pump and dump activity, or misleading promotion;
- exploit bugs, attack or overload the service, or try to gain unauthorized access;
- use automated tools in a way that harms the service or other users;
- use PVE.fun for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or any unlawful purpose.
We may hide coins or content from the PVE.fun interface and may restrict access to the site if we believe these rules have been broken. We cannot remove anything from the blockchain.
10. Intellectual property
The PVE.fun website, software, name and branding belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non exclusive license to use the site for its intended purpose. If you upload content, you keep your rights to it and you grant us a license to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate PVE.fun.
11. Third party services
PVE.fun relies on third parties, including the Solana network, wallet providers and other protocols. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, security or conduct.
12. Disclaimers
PVE.fun is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, or that any coin, rebate or stream will have value or perform as described.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PVE.fun and its owners, contributors and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, data or goodwill, arising from your use of PVE.fun. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to PVE.fun in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify PVE.fun against claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of the service, content you upload, a coin you create, or your breach of these terms.
15. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use PVE.fun after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access to the site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
